		<description>Well, you know my Ironman husband has had to crosstrain lots for several injuries, and the best way to keep up your overall lung capacity is.....drumroll please......swimming! Yeah, I know he does that anyway, but if you&#039;re not used to it, he says it&#039;s an excellent no-impact, calorie-burning, crosstraining exercise for runners.  Hit the pool!</description>

		<description>YAY!!!!  :-)  That is great news!  And this should make you feel even better...60 minutes on an elliptical at or above 70% of your max heartrate is equivalent to running 5 miles.
